Returns & Exchanges

Every product we stock has to meet the highest standards and are rigorously checked before they are sent out.

But if, for any reason, you need to return a product, we'll ensure the whole process is as simple and speedy as possible.

- Change of Mind returns

We do not accept goods back if you change your mind.

- Faulty/Damaged Goods return

If you have received a faulty or damaged item please contact us for assistance.

Some items cannot be refunded due to health and safety regulations, to see if your product falls under this category please contact us.

Once your item has been approved for a refund/exhange/return, all returned items must be packaged appropriately, include a brief explanatory note with your name, order Number and the reason for the return and sent to: Show Magic.

We strongly advise that all returns are sent via a method of recorded delivery in order to ensure safe receipt.

We cannot be held responsible for any undelivered items.

Your return will be processed within 14 days of receipt, where our admin will contact you directly regarding the issue of either a refund or credit note.

Please allow an additional 3-5 working days (if refund is to be deposited) for the refund to appear in your account
